- Yes. You can export stock counts and purchase orders as CSV or Excel and share the files from your device. Paid tiers include a web cabinet for teams.
- Where is my inventory data stored?
- On the free tier, your catalog, counts, and documents are stored locally on your device using the app’s on-device database. The free tier does not include cloud sync. Paid plans that include cloud sync are described on the pricing page.
- Do I need a cloud account for the free tier?
- No. The free tier is local-first: you can start without a cloud-backed workspace for the product, and that tier does not include cloud sync—your inventory work stays on the device unless you export or share it. If you keep using the app, you may be prompted to sign in for account verification before starting new stock counts or purchase orders; that is separate from enabling cloud sync, which is a paid-plan feature.
