Order capture on mobile

Create purchase orders from scans and your catalog

Retail Scan & Stock lets you draft purchase orders with stable document numbers, add lines by scanning barcodes or picking products, and export a spreadsheet you can send to suppliers through your usual channels. It complements stock counting: counts reflect what you have; purchase orders capture what you want to order.

From shelf walks to a structured order list

Instead of typing SKUs from memory, you build lines while you are looking at the shelf: scan to add or bump quantity, adjust with quick controls, and keep supplier context at the order level. The workflow is meant to match how small stores actually reorder—mobile-first, interruptible, and easy to sanity-check before you send anything.

If you also run retail stock counts , you can use the same catalog and scanning habits across counts and orders.

Exports you can share the way you already work

Finalize a purchase order, export CSV or Excel, and share from your device. Retail Scan & Stock does not require an ERP connection to get started; you decide which app or inbox receives the file.

On paid tiers for multiple locations, purchase orders can require approval before export or send. Splitting exports by supplier is available where your plan supports it—check purchase order export in the app on your device for the options that apply to you.

How purchase orders relate to inventory counts

Inventory sessions update on-hand stock when you complete a count. Purchase orders are order documents: they record what you intend to buy and carry supplier snapshot fields so the export is readable out of context.

For environments where connectivity is a concern, core drafting stays on-device—see offline inventory counting for how local-first operation fits small stores, then download the app to try both flows with your own products.
