  • Are paid tiers billed per staff login?

    No. Store, Multi-Store, and Business are billed per account for your business. Each tier includes a defined number of users and stores; that is different from charging a separate subscription fee per employee login.

  • Why are the plan prices shown in USD?

    The dollar amounts on this page are list figures so you can compare tiers. At checkout, the App Store or Google Play shows the authoritative price for your region, often in local currency, including how taxes and renewals are handled.

  • Is the Free tier a time-limited trial?

    No. The Free tier stays at $0 indefinitely with the usage limits shown on the cards above. It is genuinely free—not a countdown trial that converts into a paid plan by itself.

  • Can launch list prices change later?

    List prices are described as launch / early-adopter pricing and may be revised after more real-world usage. Subscribers who stay on the same tier may keep their launch rate; Apple and Google control what you actually see and accept in their purchase flows.
