Small stores often count during business hours—while customers are moving, deliveries arrive, and back-room Wi‑Fi is patchy. A practical inventory app needs to stay usable on the sales floor, not only at a desk with a stable connection.
Retail Scan & Stock runs inventory sessions and purchase order drafts on your phone using local storage, so you can keep scanning and adjusting quantities without waiting on the network. Optional cloud sync is available on paid plans for teams who need it; on the free tier your catalog and documents stay on the device until you export or share them.
What stays on your phone—and what you send out
Your product catalog, barcodes, counts, and documents are stored locally as you work. When you are ready, export CSV or Excel and use your phone's share sheet to send files through email, messaging, or whatever channels you already use with suppliers.

Who this offline-first approach is for
